These are the common things when u are having PMS :
- Mood swing. suddenly nak nek angin la,nak teriak la, sensitip lebih la..
- rasa sakit2 otot especially bust area n perut..i experienced this every month!
- Mengidam! Asyik nak mkn choc lah,aiskrim baskin robin lah..
- Ketidakseimbangan hormon.
- Ketidakseimbangan bahan kimia di dalam otak. sbb2 la asyiik nak mrh2 n sensitip tuu..
- Kekurangan vitamin. especially Vitamin A & B..kena mkn lebih sayur-sayuran..
- Stres. Kurang tidur pun bleh sbbkan PMS.
