letih . penat . xlarat

Salam gurls..minggu ni rasa mcm kurang energatic ckit..letih..balik keja ja, mkn,solat terus rasa mcm nak tidoq..nak kata stress keja, alhamdulillah ok, nak kata xlalu mkn xjgak..so i guess my body needs some vitamins or supplement..When i told my mother about it she's kinda worry and of coz la i kena ceramah sbb ada supplement tp simpan buat pekasam..:p

Mama : Awat xmakan spirulina tuh??! 1 botol tuh mama bagi duk simpan xmkn sbbpa..mkn tu baru la xletih sgt, kalo lmbt mkn ka apa bleh tahan lg kalo mkn spirulina tuh..nnt expired sebotol tuh rugi ja..

Mmg mama ada bg spirulina tuh..tp mcm mls nak mkn..pastu merungut letih la apa la..Dulu2 rajin mkn sprirulina tuh..tp skrg ni mcm malas sgt..xbleh jd nih! nak  kena mkn blk..actually,spirulina is a good supplement for body immunity and our stamina, skin and it help to reduce our cholestrol level too..so,wajib makan la spirulina nih..kalo xsuka mkn pil bleh jgak beli yg dlm bentuk cecair or even cereal pun dah ada..so,jom Spirulina! :)
